All Payments are due at the time of purchase unless otherwise discussed.
If payment is not received upon checkout I will send you an immediate reminder. If I do not receive payment within 2 days, I will unfortunately have to cancel the order. If you are having difficulties with PayPal, please contact me and I'd be happy to work with you.
I accept PayPal only, but please contact me if you are interested in another method of payment.
I ship all packages within 1-3 business days after receiving payment. I ship via USPS and will glady rush orders if needed for an additional shipping cost. Shipping prices may differ for some items based on size of package and bulk.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact me and I will be happy to work something out. You may return an item in its original packaging and condition within 7 days of receipt, for a full refund (minus shipping and handling) or store credit.
SOLD ITEMS:
I try to create limited quantities in most of my designs. If you see something you like in the sold section, and it has not been re-listed or you need more of one piece, please contact me, as I may be able to make another.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
We also do custom orders as per customers request. Please contact me for details of a custom order.
PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT ACCESSORIES ARE SOMETIMES MADE WITH SMALL HARDWARE THAT MAY POSE AS A CHOKING HAZARD FOR INFANTS AND TODDLERS. I AS ALWAYS MAKE SURE THAT EVERY SINGLE ITEM IS UP TO SAFETY STANDARD AND THERE ARE NO LOOSE PARTICLES.
